You can lease a Ugo car for a tenure ranging from 24 months extendable upto 60 months.

Ideally, the monthly lease rental once fixed at the beginning of the tenure will remain unchanged. But it can be changed if you want to increase or decrease the contracted mileage. Alternatively, the monthly lease rental will be impacted in case of changes in the taxes of the state or the country.

We will check the mileage of your car at the end of the tenure. If you have exceeded the mileage, you will need to pay an excess mileage charge as per terms of the agreement signed. But if you have driven lower than the contracted mileage, in case of Optiflex termination, ALD Automotive will gladly refund the excess amount paid by you.

Once ALD Automotive receives all the documentation from you and your company, we will process the order within 2-3 working days, and place the order with the dealer. We will then inform you of the possible delivery date of your car through e-mail, depending on the model of the car you choose and its availability in the market.

Yes, you can choose any vehicle, variant and color according to your choice and taste, as long as it is in line with your company car lease policy and your eligibility criteria.

You can also choose the accessories you want and approved by the manufacturer, at the time of buying the car. These accessories will then be a part of your lease rentals. You can also put additional accessories after leasing the car, but the cost will have to be borne by you. Please note that when you return the Ugo car to ALD Automotive, you will not be permitted to remove the additional accessories from the car.

Salary packaging of a car via Novated Lease / tri-party contract is a smart and pocket friendly way to get your car because of all the benefits it brings. Normally, you pay for your car loan EMI’s and all its running expenses like fuel, driver salary, maintenance, registration and insurance from the salary you receive after tax has been deducted by the employer. However, in case of a Ugo car, you pay those running expenses along with the entire amount of the monthly lease rental from your income before tax is deducted. Thereby, lowering your taxable income and saving you income tax.

At the end of the contract and prior to selling the Ugo car in the open market, ALD will offer you the right to refusal to buy the car, either at the price fixed during signing of contract or if not, then at the current market value it fetches. If you are keen to, you can buy the car.

In case you want to change your job and join a new company, our tri-party contract gives you 3 options:
1. To transfer the lease to your new employer. The tri-way contract will be maintained, but with the name of your new employer. Everything else will stay the same.
2. To make payment of lease rentals personally, so that lease is continued between ALD Automotive and you.
3. To terminate the contract, based on the terms of the lease agreement.
